Job Description: Senior Odoo Developer

 

Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Odoo Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of Odoo development, a strong understanding of business processes, and a proven track record of implementing Odoo solutions. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying high-quality Odoo applications and ensuring the seamless integration of Odoo into various business workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Odoo Development:

   • Design, develop, and customize Odoo modules and applications based on business requirements.
   • Create and maintain custom modules in Odoo using Python and XML.
   • Implement advanced features and functionalities to enhance Odoo's capabilities.

2. System Integration:

   • Integrate Odoo with third-party tools, APIs, and other enterprise systems.
   • Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues.

3. Requirement Analysis:

   • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements.
   • Translate functional requirements into technical specifications.

4. Code Review and Optimization:

   • Ensure the quality, performance, and scalability of developed applications.
   • Conduct code reviews and optimize existing code for better performance.

5. Testing and Deployment:

   • Develop unit and functional tests for Odoo modules.
   • Handle deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Odoo environments.

6. Team Collaboration:

   • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.

7. Documentation:
