Responsilities:

*Lead and manage department's employees in term of objective setting, performance management, coaching/development and training in order to achieve the objectives.

*Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.

*Manage MTN Warehouses and Inventory function including Warehouse space management

*Work with auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from Warehouse staff and compliance with Standards.

*Prepare Reports related to Wareouse department

*Create and update the internal procedures which are related to the work flow.

*Review and update the ERP (Oracle) work process.

*Coordinate the important operations with other divisions.

*Create and improve the internal control process to assure accurate results.

*Create and improve Inventory reports.

*Create and improve Oracle's procedure.

*Provide continuous improvements for Wareouse work flow.
