Core Purpose of The Job:  
Developing and implementing sourcing strategies, executing Request for Proposal activity, commercial negotiations, contract formation and administration and managing 3rd party relationships and performance. Enhancements existing principles to lead CFTs in implementing optimal TCO sourcing solutions to unusually complex supply business requirements, within prescribed timelines. 

Task Complexity:

*Ensure consistent implementation and interpretation of Procurement, Fleet & Travel, Customs and Clearance policies and ethical standards. Also, develop these procedures, processes and tools within the assigned areas of responsibility.

*Find practical solution to all issues which are related to Procurement Division (procurement, Fleet & Travel, Customs & Clearance).

*Ensure the implementation of Procurement Toolkit.

*Analyze the approved quotations and evaluate the recommended ones for the benefit of the company. 

*Initiate and lead cross functional teams and build cross functional relationships

*Ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of the Procurement Division operating structure.
