Responsibilities :

Develop & maintain the Maintenance and Power department guidelines as well as ensure the application of preventive and corrective procedures of the core network elements.

Set the core network short and long-term objectives in terms of capacity, routing, future systems (GPRS, UMTS,…).

Ensure coordination with other departments on different activities such as network rollout, services launching, and customer complaints follow up.

 Evaluate staff performance and conduct recommendations to enhance efficiency, productivity and quality objectives.

Prepare annual  budgets (CAPEX and OPEX)  and provides fiscal direction to his department.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of the core network performance (KPIs reports)  

Ensure the application of safety and security rules in the core network premises and keep adequate environment for equipment operations.

Follow up marketing demand for special events or seasonal activities.

Assist in the preparation of tenders request and offers evaluation.

Participate in the yearly budget preparation (BoQ,..).Control fiscal expenses related to department activities (missions, overtime,..).
