Tasks and Responsibilities:
*Lead and manage department's employees in term of objective setting, performance management, coaching/development and training in order to achieve the objectives. 

*Manage and maintain all accounting ledgers to meet the closing deadlines.

*Continuous control and review for the expenses and revenues accounts to ensure accurate Income Statement.

*Provide timely explanations of variances between actual results and forecasts/budgets.

*Ensure completion and review of all Trial Balance accounts and identify and communicate findings.

*Manage and control the Asset Management function to ensure efficient control over company assets and provide accurate figures in term of cost, depreciation and assets Impairment.

*Manage suppliers and Customers accounts reconciliations.

*Manage and control the Capex expenditures and provide timely reports for the Actual spent amounts, the Capital commitments and Year end Carry Over.

*Continuous control over company financial KPIs in order to achieve the Targets. 

*Manage the Accounts Receivable function , 

 *Work with internal and external auditors during reviews and audits to ensure full cooperation from accounting staff and compliance with Standards.

*Prepare Financial Reports and Financial Statements.

*Deal with all internal and external customers (Suppliers, Shareholders, Customers, ets, )

*Create and update the internal procedures which are related to the work flow.

*Review and update the Enterprise Resource Planning work process.

*Coordinate the important operations with other divisions.

*Create and improve the internal control process to assure accurate financial results.

*Create and improve payables, receivables, Inventory, Asset Management and related parties reports.

*Provide continuous improvements for the accounting work flow.
