Key Responsibilities

1. Design Vision & Development

• Lead the creation of distinctive interior concepts that reflect client personalities and project requirements

• Develop comprehensive design packages including mood boards, 3D visualizations, and detailed technical drawings

• Curate bespoke material palettes and FF&E selections that align with each project's unique character

2. Client Collaboration

• Guide clients through the design journey with exceptional presentation and communication skills

• Translate client aspirations into thoughtful, functional design solutions

• Maintain the studio's reputation for personalized service and attention to detail

3. Project Leadership

• Oversee all project phases from schematic design to final installation

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and artisans to ensure design integrity

• Manage timelines, budgets, and quality control throughout the design process

4. Studio Contribution

• Mentor junior designers and contribute to the studio's creative culture

• Stay abreast of global design trends while maintaining the studio's distinctive aesthetic

• Participate in refining studio processes and design standards
