Role Overview
We are seeking a highly experienced and innovative Senior Front-End Engineer with deep expertise in Angular to lead our front-end engineering team. This role requires a strong architectural mindset, a passion for user centric design, and the ability to drive front-end excellence across our products. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for setting technical direction, mentoring team members, and delivering high quality, scalable, and performant applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Team Leadership & Mentorship
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of front-end engineers.
• Conduct code reviews, enforce best practices, and foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Architecture & Development
• Design and architect scalable, maintainable Angular applications using modern development principles.
• Establish and maintain component libraries and design systems aligned with Material UI 3.

Collaboration
• Work closely with product managers, UI/UX designers, and back-end developers to deliver cohesive and user-friendly experiences.
• Translate product requirements and wireframes into responsive, high-performance user interfaces.

Process & Quality Assurance
• Define and implement front-end CI/CD pipelines and testing strategies.
• Promote and ensure adherence to accessibility, performance, and responsive design standards.

Innovation & Best Practices
• Stay updated with the latest front-end trends and Angular advancements.
• Advocate for UI/UX improvements and contribute to strategic product planning.
