We’re hiring a motivated Sales Representative (International) to manage inbound and outbound leads for our growing mobility business. You’ll engage with clients via chat, phone, WhatsApp, and email — providing quotes, closing deals, upselling add-ons, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound leads through live chat, WhatsApp, email, and phone.
• Qualify prospects, prepare quotes, and close rental or service deals.
• Present offers, promotions, and add-ons to maximize sales.
• Coordinate with Operations for vehicle availability, delivery, and handover.
• Maintain accurate records in CRM (notes, stages, follow-ups, tasks).
• Meet weekly and monthly KPIs (response time, conversion rate, revenue).
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through consistent follow-ups.
• Address client objections with professionalism and a customer-first mindset.
