Job Purpose

The main purpose of this role is to communicate with customers through Instagram, respond to inquiries, convert followers into buyers, and follow up on orders until the sale is completed.

Duties and Responsibilities

Respond to customer messages and comments on the Instagram page.

Explain home products, prices, and features clearly to customers.

Follow up with interested customers and encourage them to complete their purchase.

Record orders and confirm them with customers.

Follow up with customers after the sale to ensure satisfaction (after-sales service).

Suggest additional products to customers (Upselling / Cross-selling).

 

Maintain a polite, professional, and friendly communication style with customers.
