We’re Hiring – Sales & Business Development Role
Location: Damascus, Al Manakhlieh

Our trading company has been operating since 1980, specializing in the import and distribution of building materials. With a strong reputation in the market and a team of six dedicated colleagues, we are now looking to add a new member to our team.

What the role involves:

• Developing and managing B2B sales, particularly with contracting firms and NGOs.

• Preparing pitch presentations on power point and google slides. 

• Good skills at preparing spreadsheets

• Preparing and applying for government bids to supply building materials.

• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and suppliers.

• Exploring and establishing partnerships with new suppliers (good English is essential for this).

• Supporting daily operations when needed, including coordinating client orders and assisting in warehouse activities (when need be)

What we’re looking for:

• Strong sales and relationship-building skills.

• Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in English.

• A driver’s license is an advantage.

• Flexibility and willingness to take on different tasks in a dynamic work environment.
