About this role

Effectively represent the company through comprehensive knowledge of all building material products and offerings.
Researching consumer needs, clarifying and identifying several ways to address them.
Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Achieving company goals through careful planning, setting sales targets, analyzing and forecasting performance data.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
Good Knowledge of building material market and strong customers network
Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with other companies/realestate developers & suppliers to ensure that sales goals are aligned with overall business objective.
Analyze sales data and use it to identify areas for improvement and make business decisions.
Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve individual and team targets, ensuring that they use effective sales methods to achieve revenue targets.
Prepare and present regular sales report to the Director of sales and senior management.
Conduct regular sales meetings to review performance and provide feedback.
