Job Summary:
The Sales Manager leads the sales function for the branch, covering Retail, SME, Fleet, and Commercial vehicle channels. The role develops sales strategies, manages targets, and ensures a high-performing sales team aligned with brand and business goals.

Key Accountabilities:

• Lead the execution of the vehicle sales strategy (retail + commercial)
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets including volume, gross profit, and customer satisfaction KPIs
• Supervise the day-to-day activity of sales executives and account managers
• Collaborate with the UAE pricing/product team for inventory and pipeline management
• Review and analyse sales performance and conversion metrics
• Train and coach team to maintain brand knowledge and sales discipline
• Act as the brand representative and uphold brand image and standards
