Role Purpose:

Own the commercial relaunch and profitable growth of Nahas for Trade & Machinery’s machinery section in Syria by establishing market truth, defining the go-to-market strategy, securing strong principals, and building a disciplined, sustainable sales engine.

This role exists to build the business, not to maintain it.

What You’ll Do

• Establish a fact-based market and visibility view (demand, competitors, pricing, customers, decision-makers).
• Translate insights into a clear 12–24 month relaunch and go-to-market plan.
• Define sector priorities, routes to market, and pricing/margin logic.
• Secure and grow principal and brand partnerships through structured commercial negotiations.
• Own key accounts, complex deals, projects, and tenders end-to-end.
• Build and manage a qualified sales pipeline, forecasting rhythm, and CRM discipline.
• Protect cash and customer trust through collections discipline and after-sales coordination.

• Not a pure order-taking sales role
• Not dependent on constant direction or approvals
• Not focused on short-term volume at the expense of margin, quality, or trust
