Qualifications & Experience:

-Experience Level: Director caliber, 10+ years in Sales & Distribution (MUST)
-Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MUST)
-Proven track record in distribution management within Syria or similar markets
-Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and regional challenges
-Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills
-Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and evolving environment
