Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Sales Development Representative located in Damascus, Syria. The Sales Development Representative will be responsible for generating and qualifying leads, conducting inside sales, and driving business development initiatives. Daily tasks include identifying potential clients, initiating contact, setting appointments, and collaborating with the sales team to convert leads into customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, identify, and reach out to potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and referrals.
• Engage with leads to understand their needs and challenges.
• Qualify prospects and schedule meetings or demos for the sales team.
• Keep accurate CRM records and collaborate with marketing and sales to optimize outreach strategies.
• Nurture relationships to build a strong, sustainable pipeline.
