Haista Clinic is hiring a Telesales Representative / International Patient Consultant based in Damascus to join our dental tourism sales team.

The role focuses on communicating with international patient leads through WhatsApp, phone calls, and CRM. The candidate will explain dental treatments such as veneers, crowns, implants, and smile makeovers, follow up with potential patients, and help convert inquiries into confirmed bookings in Istanbul.

Responsibilities:
- Handle international patient inquiries via WhatsApp, phone, and CRM
- Explain dental treatment options clearly and professionally
- Follow up with leads and guide them through the booking process
- Build trust with patients from the UK, Europe, USA, 
- Coordinate with the Istanbul clinic team when needed
- Keep accurate records of all patient communication
- Work toward monthly booking and sales targets
