What You Will Be Doing:

As a valuable team member at BeeOrder as a Rider Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:

• You will become an authority on rider operations (Damascus and other cities) and take ownership of initiatives to strengthen and improve performance.
• Matching supply and demand - using a range of measures to ensure that we have enough drivers in the right place at the right time.
• Working with other departments - ensuring coordination with upcoming operational changes as well as supporting the work of those departments where possible.
• Solve problems by analysing and deriving insights from large sets of data.
• Work alongside the Rider’s operations’ team to reduce driver churn rate & fraud cases.
• Monitor driver’s performance and incentive cost in all cities and highlight areas for optimization with supporting analysis.
• You coordinate and project manage the roll-out of new products and features on driver App.
