About this role

  • Assist in conducting food product development trials and improving existing formulations
  • Prepare experimental samples for new products
  • Accurately record and document the results of experiments and tests
  • Collaborate with the Production and Quality departments during production trials
  • Monitor raw materials used in trials and ensure their compliance with specifications
  • Contribute to analyzing sensory, physical, and chemical test results of products
  • Assist in preparing periodic Research and Development reports
  • Ensure compliance with food safety and quality standards within the laboratory and production lines
