What You Will Be Doing:
As a valuable team member at BeeOrder as a Regional Supervisor, you will be responsible for:
- Supervise the daily performance reports for the regions (excluding Damascus).
- Coordinate with regional coordinators and promptly address any issues that may impact the company's reputation on local social media pages
- Analyze market requirements and stay continuously informed about both local and external restaurant and store markets. Work towards meeting these requirements to enhance overall performance
- Supervise the growth of drivers, restaurants, stores, users, and orders, ensuring the achievement of objectives.
- Constantly search for and activate social media platforms (pages, groups, influencers) that serve BeeOrder's interests
- Collaborate with the Growth department to build and execute monthly marketing campaigns aligned with each province's objectives, ensuring BeeOrder's significant and intensive presence on the ground
- Understand and improve the user experience in the regions by analyzing habits, thinking patterns, and lifestyles. Collaborate with the Marketing and Operations departments to implement a strategic marketing plan for the province.
- Work towards meeting sales goals for restaurants and stores within the regions, actively seeking new establishments.
