Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Recruitment Manager to lead and oversee the recruitment function within a staffing/recruitment agency. The role is responsible for developing hiring strategies, managing a recruitment team, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality candidates to clients in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, and support the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets
• Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies and sourcing plans
• Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to final placement
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and understand their hiring needs
• Monitor and analyze recruitment KPIs to improve performance and efficiency
• Ensure high-quality candidate delivery and positive client experience
• Train, coach, and develop team members to improve overall performance
