Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Recruiter and Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and placing top talent for our clients across various industries. Expertise in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) is essential to manage candidate pipelines and ensure an efficient recruitment process. Also, fluency in English is important for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Work closely with clients to understand their recruitment needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
• Develop and execute tailored recruitment strategies to attract top talent across multiple industries.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, ATS platforms, and networking.
• Utilize ATS platforms to track and manage candidate pipelines, ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
• Conduct detailed interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for client organizations.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients, providing timely feedback to both parties.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pool for current and future client needs.
• Stay updated on recruitment trends, tools, and best practices to improve agency services.
• Prepare and present candidate profiles and recommendations to clients.
• Ensure compliance with recruitment policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Provide exceptional client service by maintaining regular communication and delivering high-quality candidates.
