Job Summary:

The RAFM System Implementer will be responsible for implementing, configuring, and maintaining Revenue Assurance and Fraud Management (RAFM) systems in a telecom or enterprise environment. This includes ensuring system alignment with business processes, integration with other systems, and optimization for detecting and mitigating revenue leakage and fraud risks.

Key Responsibilities:

1. System Implementation:

◦ Deploy and configure RAFM systems as per business requirements.

◦ Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to ensure successful system rollouts.

◦ Customize RAFM solutions to align with organizational needs.

2. System Integration:

◦ Integrate RAFM systems with telecom or enterprise systems (e.g., Billing, Charging, Mediation, ERP, etc.).

◦ Develop and implement data ingestion pipelines for seamless data flow to the RAFM system.

◦ Manage API integrations and ensure interoperability between systems.

3. Operational Support:

◦ Monitor system performance and resolve technical issues promptly.

◦ Conduct system audits and ensure system updates and patches are applied regularly.

◦ Develop and maintain dashboards for KPIs and metrics.

4. Business Process Alignment:

◦ Work closely with Revenue Assurance, Fraud Management, and Business Intelligence teams to understand and document business requirements.

◦ Optimize system rules, algorithms, and workflows to maximize fraud detection and revenue protection.

5. Training and Documentation:

◦ Train internal stakeholders on system usage and features.

◦ Develop and maintain technical and user documentation.
