Position Duties Per Job
1.    Conduct verification and integration for new launched radio sites, follow up with Radio Engineer and providers solving any detected problems and report verification results to Radio Engineer.
2.    Conduct drive test to check radio site performance for network optimization purpose or solving customer complaints and report the results to Radio Engineer and Radio HOS.
3.    Responsible for maintaining the drive test equipment in good and safe working conditions and updating drive test tool peripherals tracking list according to their status.
4.    Apply regular verification for drive test tool and report results to Radio HOS.
5.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
6.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
7.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
