We are seeking an experienced professional to design, implement, and oversee the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) across business, marketing, and finance. The role will ensure operational excellence, continuous improvement, and high-quality standards in all business functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) aligned with ISO 9001 and organizational objectives.
• Monitor business and marketing performance; analyze data to identify areas for improvement and implement enhancement initiatives.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance in financial reporting, accounting processes, and internal audit procedures.
• Establish KPIs, quality standards, and performance indicators for cross-functional teams.
• Manage customer complaints and feedback, applying Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) to improve service quality.
• Conduct training programs for teams on quality policies, procedures, and best practices in business, finance, and marketing.
• Prepare periodic quality reports for senior management, providing strategic recommendations to optimize processes and performance.
