OSMEDIA is seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Quality Control & Content Writing Specialist to join our team. This role is designed for a professional who takes full ownership of the content lifecycle, ensuring every deliverable is polished, purposeful, and perfect. 

Key Responsibilities:

Content Management & Operational Excellence:

* Manage and organize content calendars using Airtable, tracking the status of all materials from draft to final approval.
* Take full responsibility for meeting deadlines, ensuring a smooth workflow even when managing multiple concurrent tasks.
* Maintain a proactive approach: identifying priorities and seeking clarification when necessary to ensure accuracy.
* Track and document recurring errors to develop long-term quality improvement strategies.

High-Precision Quality Control (QC):

* Apply a "sharp eye" for detail to audit linguistic accuracy, formatting, and the logical flow of information.
* Ensure all content is "clean" and ready for publication, reflecting the highest professional standards.
* Move beyond basic proofreading by providing "smart edits" that enhance the impact and clarity of the message.

Strategic Content Development:

* Review and write content for various platforms, understanding the nuance between educational, sales-driven, and personal branding styles.
* Evaluate content "feel"—identifying if a text is too heavy or unengaging for the target audience and adjusting accordingly.
* Draft professional scripts for Reels and short-form videos, ensuring they align with brand goals.
