Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned QA Test Manager to lead and enhance our quality assurance efforts. This role requires an experienced professional with a strong foundation in manual and automation testing, a focus on backend APIs, database testing, and a keen understanding of quality assurance methodologies. As a leader, you will manage and mentor the QA team, driving performance and fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Experience in ERP Softwares is highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leadership and Team Management:
• Manage, mentor, and develop the QA team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Set clear objectives, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
• Foster a collaborative and supportive team environment.
• Quality Assurance and Testing:
• Develop, execute, and oversee manual and automated test strategies to maintain software quality.
• Create detailed test plans, test reports, and other required documentation.
• Perform and supervise thorough backend API testing and Frontend, including functional, performance, and automation testing.
• Conduct and manage database , Material UI , Unit , and Integration testing to ensure data integrity and consistency.
• Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends to continually improve testing methodologies.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects.
• Monitor customer support tickets related to software issues, ensuring timely resolution and communication with stakeholders.
• Act as a key point of contact between the QA team and management, providing regular updates on progress and challenges.
