Job Title: QA Tester
Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE (Remote)

Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive QA Tester to join our remote development team. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, stability, and usability of our applications through comprehensive testing strategies. This role requires excellent analytical skills, strong documentation habits, and the ability to communicate clearly in English.

Working Hours & Days

• Work Days: Monday to Friday
   
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Gulf Standard Time, GMT+4)
   
• Flexibility: Some flexibility in hours is allowed, but team availability during core hours is expected.

 Key Responsibilities

1. Manual & Automated Testing

• Design, execute, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web and mobile applications.
   
• Conduct functional, regression, smoke, usability, and exploratory testing across different environments and platforms.
   
• Report, track, and verify software defects using issue tracking tools.
   

2. Collaboration & Quality Assurance

• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and designers to understand project requirements and identify potential risks.
   
• Ensure all features meet acceptance criteria and function as expected before release.
   
• Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and post-release reviews.
   

3. Documentation & Reporting

• Maintain detailed records of test cases, results, and defect reports.
   
• Provide timely and actionable feedback to the development team and stakeholders.
   

Contribute to improving QA workflows and processes.
