About this role

Purchase goods, materials, components or services in line with specified cost, quality and delivery targets
Support the purchasing function and other relevant departments and communicate any supply problems which may impact on business operations
Full knowledge and application of purchasing procedure
Execute all purchasing activities in area of responsibility, e.g. plant’s spare parts need that are not covered by the
central purchasing functions, according to schedule, budget, policies and procedures of purchasing, in order to support the operational functionality of the plant.
Prepare and issue RFQs (Request for Quotations), review bids, and negotiate offers.
Familiarity with shipping terms (Incoterms), freight forwarding processes, and customs clearance procedures
Coordination of international shipments, including documentation (packing lists, B/L, COO, invoices)
