1.    Review statement of work (SOW) including scope of project, business case and initial assessment, and identify the various projects stakeholders.
2.    Define the objectives and measures upon which the project will be evaluated at its completion.
3.    Define and elaborate the project requirement and deliverables in collaboration with project stakeholders.
4.    Create project plans and define project milestones in collaboration with project  stakeholders.
5.    Deliver projects’ risk management plan.
6.    Deliver clear projects’ communication plan
7.    Develop and manage work breakdown structure (WBS) of projects.
8.    Identify training requirements that may be needed for team members to complete the project.
9.    Monitor project progress against the last approved baseline, and follow up project team members’ accomplishments in order to ensure the abidance to deliverables and targeted dates.
10.    Manage and control project changes by assessing changes on projects’ scope, budget, and timeline in collaboration with concerned stakeholders.
11.     Conduct root cause analysis for project issues and assess the impact of the issue on the project plans, in collaboration with project team and apply the needed updates accordingly.
12.    Measure project performance on a continual basis and recommend corrective actions as needed
13.    Report on a regular basis to program manager and Syriatel management on project progress.
14.    Ensure that the project output has met the required objective and communicate results to stakeholders
15.    Ensure that all project records are maintained accurately and up to date.
16.    Manage and maintain good relationship with the stakeholders
17.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
18.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
19.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
