Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Senior Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, enhancement, and continuous improvement of ongoing financial technology projects. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project stability, feature evolution, operational efficiency, and alignment with business and regulatory requirements.

The Senior Project Manager will play a key role in maintaining project continuity, managing updates and enhancements, coordinating releases, and ensuring long-term success across our fintech and digital financial platforms.

 

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee ongoing fintech and financial system projects.
• Coordinate project updates, feature enhancements, maintenance activities, and continuous improvements.
• Work closely with development, QA, DevOps, product, compliance, and business teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project progress, timelines, risks, and deliverables.
• Analyze existing systems and identify opportunities for optimization and operational improvement.
• Ensure project requirements are clearly documented and communicated.
• Facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Track project performance, milestones, and team productivity.
• Prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
• Support release planning, deployment coordination, and post-release monitoring.
• Ensure projects follow company standards, security policies, and financial compliance requirements.
• Assist in resolving technical and operational blockers.
• Maintain strong communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and project management best practices.
