Responsibilities
1)Oversee and direct construction projects from conception to completion
2)Review the project in-depth to schedule deliverables and estimate costs
3)Oversee all onsite and offsite constructions to monitor compliance with building and safety regulations
4) Coordinate and direct construction workers and subcontractors
5)Select tools, materials and equipment and track inventory
6)Meet contractual conditions of performance
7)Review the work progress on daily basis
8)Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
9)Plan ahead to prevent problems and resolve any emerging ones
10)Negotiate terms of agreements, draft contracts and obtain permits and licenses
11)Analyze, manage and mitigate risks
12)Ensure quality construction standards and the use of proper construction techniques
13)Responsible for implementing, monitoring, & leading all functions of Planning & Scheduling, Estimating & Cost Engineering including Integrated Change Management, , Risk Management, Procurement & Contracts, QA, & Reporting.
14)Provides recommendations and solutions of complex cost and schedule concerns to management to make a difference to the final outcome of project goals and objectives as outlined in the Business Case and Project Chapter in relation to Cost, Schedule & Quality Performance.

16)Establishes and implements management approved Pre-qualification criteria for main Contractors.
17)Reviews Pre-qualification scores and approves the final approved bidders’ list
18)Reviews the Bid’s Analysis and recommendation and approve the selected bidder.
19)Negotiate all Commercial & Critical Terms & Conditions (T&C) with the selected bidder.
