- Contribute in preparing and developing the strategic plan

- Study and develop company's initiatives

- determine and define project scope and objectives
- Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective manner
- Reporting data to management to include an PMP monthly report (Standard Operating Procedures, Escalation Plan, Quality Control Plan, Communication Plan and Continuity of Operations Plan)

- Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
- Track project costs in order to meet budget
- Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan and follow up daily 
- Manage contracts with vendors and suppliers by assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to management 
- Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
- As needed, analyzing and revising plans related to ensure successful completion of all required tasks
