We are seeking a motivated Project Engineer with approx. 5 years of professional experience to join our engineering team. The role will support the technical execution of large-scale projects in thermal power generation, transmission, and grid modernization. The position requires close collaboration with international partners and Syrian authorities to ensure high-quality, compliant, and efficient delivery.
The engineer will act as a bridge between local project execution and international engineering partners, ensuring technical accuracy, regulatory compliance, and efficient coordination with Syrian stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

•  Support the planning and execution of energy mega-projects (thermal power, transmission & grid).
•  Coordinate with international partners and local authorities to facilitate project development and delivery.
• Conduct site visits, gather technical data, and prepare engineering reports
• Assist in reviewing technical documentation (drawings, designs, specifications) and provide feedback tailored to Syrian conditions.
• Support project permitting and regulatory processes in coordination with government entities.
• Contribute to cost estimation, project scheduling, and risk assessments.
• Ensure compliance with international engineering standards and local safety regulations.
• Act as a liaison between local contractors, ministries, utilities (MoE, PEEGT, etc.), and international offices.
