The Production Controller is responsible for monitoring all aspects of broiler production on the farm, ensuring smooth daily operations and achieving performance targets by applying best technical and administrative practices, monitoring flock health, controlling environmental conditions, and ensuring compliance with biosecurity standards and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor flock health and behavior, and implement biosecurity and disease control protocols.

• Ensure adequate feed and water supply, and control ventilation, heating, lighting, and humidity systems.

• Manage feed stock and monitor feed conversion rates, working on continuous improvement.

• Assign daily tasks to workers and train them on hygiene, animal welfare, and biosecurity procedures.

• Record and analyze performance data, and prepare periodic reports for management.

• Plan chick intake, fattening cycles, marketing, and cleaning, and coordinate with suppliers, hatcheries, slaughterhouses, and buyers.

• Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations related to animal welfare and environmental protection.
