About the Role

Paymera is looking for a strategic and hands-on Product Manager with strong experience in Fintech and Banking products to lead product planning and execution across our digital financial platforms.
The Product Manager will work closely under the supervision of the CTO, acting as the bridge between business needs, technology, and user experience, while supporting the development team with ideas, priorities, and clear product direction.

Key Responsibilities

Product Strategy & Planning

• Contribute to defining the product vision, roadmap, and feature prioritization in alignment with Paymera’s fintech strategy.
• Translate business and regulatory requirements into clear product requirements and user stories.
• Analyze market trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in fintech and banking services.
   

Collaboration with CTO & Development Team

• Work closely with the CTO to align product decisions with technical architecture and long-term scalability.
• Support the development team by providing clear requirements, feature ideas, and continuous feedback.
• Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, and product reviews.
• Help the team brainstorm innovative fintech features and improvements.
   

Fintech & Banking Product Execution

• Oversee the development of digital payment solutions, wallets, banking integrations, and financial services features.
• Ensure products comply with banking regulations, security standards, and fintech best practices.
• Balance user experience, technical feasibility, and business goals.
   

Stakeholder & Performance Management

• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Technology, Compliance, Operations, Marketing).
• Track product performance KPIs and recommend enhancements based on data and user feedback.
• Support product launches and post-launch evaluations.
