responsible for conducting internal audits, updating and developing quality procedures. in addition to solve problems and implement sustainable solutions, effectively communicate with all levels of the organization, and possess strong inspections/auditing skills through Solid Experience in ISO and Perform other quality assurance related duties as assigned, moreover ensuring that all projects managed by KAIZEN are in compliance with the local authority regulations in terms of executing the required maintenance contracts, in addition, to ensure that planned preventive maintenance (PPM) services based on the signed AMC’s, and Building Insurances are in place and up-to-date.

 

 

• Conduct Internal Audit for OA, PM, and MC Projects for the Process Audit (Documentation), Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM’s) , and Snag Report

• Coordinate internal audit processes and scheduling of internal audits with ISO 9001:2015

• Maintain and update the quality management system, including procedure enhancements, revision changes, and overall process control

• Monitoring the audit cycle program to ensure it remains effective and up to date

• Ensure PPM’s are carried out on a given period as mentioned in the Annual Maintenance Contract.

• Ensure that required AMC’s are updated.

 

• Assist all departments in documenting processes, work instructions, flow charts, and related paperwork

• Ensure that proper documentation and follow-up are being done on every incident reported and standard protocols/procedures are followed.

 

• Prepare audit reports; present audit reports to top management, as needed

• Ensure all follow-up actions are listed on the appropriate Action plan, and Work In Progress’ comments are provided after an appropriate interval for each action until completion

• Engage with continuous knowledge development regarding ISO requirements, recommended best practices, tools, techniques, and performance standards

• Conduct follow up audits/checks to monitor non-conformities and ensure other actions are completed

• Report audit findings to management, including on-going corrective/preventive actions, and the effectiveness of those actions put into practice
