Job Title: Planning Engineer

Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Planning Engineer with 8+ years of expertise in project planning and scheduling, specifically for road infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have strong proficiency in Primavera P6 and proven experience in developing, monitoring, and controlling project schedules across civil and transportation projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and maintain detailed project schedules using Primavera P6.
• Prepare baseline programs, progress updates, and recovery schedules for road projects.
• Monitor project progress and identify delays, risks, and critical path activities.
• Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site teams to ensure alignment of project timelines.
• Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc planning reports for management and clients.
• Analyze project performance and provide forecasts for completion timelines.
• Support claims preparation, delay analysis, and extension of time (EOT) submissions.
• Ensure planning activities comply with contractual requirements and project specifications.
• Participate in project meetings and provide planning and scheduling inputs.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and reporting dashboards.
