Job Purpose:

To provide direct administrative and personal support to senior management, ensuring efficient coordination of daily tasks, schedules, and communications, including field mobility when required using a personal vehicle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and organize the executive’s daily schedule, meetings, and appointments.
• Handle incoming and outgoing communications (emails, calls, messages) and follow up as required.
• Coordinate and arrange internal and external meetings, travel, and events.
• Perform field-based tasks and travel between different locations when required.
• Deliver and collect official documents and correspondence securely and efficiently.
• Prepare basic reports, summaries, and presentations when needed.
• Follow up on assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.
• Provide general logistical and administrative support to senior management.
