We are looking for a detail-oriented and experienced Payroll Specialist to join our team at Vicekeeper-Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing payroll processes, ensuring timely and accurate compensation, and maintaining a smooth and compliant payroll operation.

What You'll Do:

Use payroll and HR software to manage and track employee timesheets, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
Process payroll for all staff, including office-based and remote employees, ensuring timely and accurate payment.
Perform monthly payroll reconciliation to determine the payroll obligations and identify discrepancies.
Identify and implement the best and most cost-effective money transfer methods for employees across different countries.
Ensure compliance with WPS (Wage Protection System) and Al Ansari for timely and accurate payroll processing.
Calculate and process social security (pension) contributions in line with applicable laws and regulations.
Develop, maintain, and optimize a clear and efficient payroll process to ensure all employees are paid correctly and on time.
Manage payroll taxes, deductions, and benefits for local and remote employees.
Ensure compliance with the UAE local labor laws and payroll regulations.
