The Owner’s Representative acts as the main bridge between the client and the project team to ensure that all project designs, schedules, and outcomes are executed in accordance with the agreed-upon standards, budgets, and timelines. This role requires high technical expertise, attention to detail, and the ability to manage and coordinate effectively with various stakeholders.

 

1. Review the project designs, drawings, and proposals, and present them to the client for review and approval.

2. Participate in the tendering process, including evaluating bids and selecting contractors.

3. Supervise construction activities on-site, ensuring compliance with design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations.

4. Prepare and submit weekly progress reports to the client, highlighting updates, issues, and recommendations.

5. Review and approve Bills of Quantities (BOQs) and verify interim payment requests before client approval.

6. Track and monitor the construction schedule to ensure all project phases are completed on time.

7. Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution.

8. Identify and address any deviations, risks, or delays in the project, and propose proactive solutions.
