Position Objective:

Manage OSP Design activities ensuring compliance with guidelines, standards and best practices

Job Description & Responsibilities:

• Direct and oversee all technical and daily design activities for outside plant (OSP) network
• Maintain strict adherence to telecom regulations, project guidelines, and procedures.
• Collaborate with all internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth design generation.
• Actively engage in technical evaluations, compliance audits, and regular stakeholder meetings.
• Track resource use and overall design delivery performance.
• Provide technical guidance and coordination support to cross functional teams.
• Audit both approved and rejected designs and assessed the design quality of work.
• Training/coaching the design team on guidelines and contractual plant units.
• Respond to technical queries pertaining to daily design activities.
• Value Engineering, deploy methods within OSP Task Force that can improve the value of projects by examining the function of each item/service or element/material and its associated cost.
