The Operations Specialist – Materials & Logistics is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all dental materials and logistics operations related to Mastery Academy’s educational programs in the KSA market. This role ensures the timely availability, proper utilization, and efficient management of dental materials to support workshops, clinical courses, and scientific programs, while working remotely with internal teams and external suppliers.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate procurement of dental materials and consumables for educational programs

• Manage logistics, shipping, and delivery of materials for courses and clinical activities

• Monitor inventory levels, usage, and forecasting to prevent shortages or overstocking

• Coordinate with suppliers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure operational efficiency

• Align material availability with course schedules and program timelines

• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and inventory records

• Support operational readiness for workshops, hands-on sessions, and clinical programs

• Ensure compliance with quality and operational standards
