A TRAVEL & TOURISM COMPANY REQUIRES:

an operations & retail employee to manage daily travel logistics, support travel consultants, and handle bookings and administrative tasks.

Key responsibilities include securing travel services, issuing tickets, confirming reservations, managing supplier communications, and preparing client documents. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

•  Handle bookings and arrangements: Make and confirm bookings for flights, accommodation, and tours, and issue tickets andvouchers.
•  Provide administrative support: Assist sales teams, send out brochures, and prepare and send client travel doc ئuments.
•  Liaise with suppliers: Communicate with vendors and suppliers to confirm requests and manage routine issues.
• Manage day-to-day operations: Ensure smooth office functioning and assist with organizing meetings or activities.
• Handle customer service: Respond to inquiries, manage customer issues, and provide support throughout the travel process.
