What you’ll do:

• Hire the best and fire as needed.
• Focus, do whatever it takes, that is fair, to maximize the efficiency of the operation.
• Manage a team or multiple teams of dedicated individuals.
• Conduct training.
• Handle escalation. Be the first point of contact for internal and external queries to deal with daily issues.
• Suggest new services and system improvements to increase department productivity and to make sure that activities are all running smoothly.
