Job Description

Lead and oversee daily operations, ensure effective coordination between departments, monitor projects and team performance, improve operational processes, and ensure that plans are executed efficiently, on time, and according to quality standards.

Key responsibilities include:

• Oversee daily operational activities across departments.
• Coordinate between sales, customer support, marketing, technical, and administrative teams.
• Monitor projects, tasks, deadlines, and operational deliverables.
• Develop and improve workflows, procedures, and internal documentation.
• Track operational KPIs and prepare regular management reports.
• Identify operational risks, delays, and performance gaps and escalate them when needed.
• Support department supervisors and ensure clear accountability.
• Follow up on CRM processes, customer experience, and service quality.
• Coordinate product, program, and platform launches.
• Ensure effective resource allocation and continuous operational improvement.
