• Assisting in the procurement process, such as sourcing suppliers, obtaining quotes, and placing orders for necessary supplies and materials.

• Supporting the delivery center and providing assistance in delivering orders to customers within the specified time.
• Ensuring that the delivery team within the center has successfully implemented the required operations and tasks.
• Managing and organizing the delivery team and everything related to the delivery process and ensuring that the customer has been served in the best way and on time.
• Work to solve all delivery problems and analyze their cause in cooperation with the Department of Customer Service and ensure that the same problems do not recur.
• Finding ways to reduce costs and follow the continuous evaluation of the work to discuss
necessary steps in the delivery operations with your direct manager.
