At Mind-Links, We’re a new HR startup connecting minds, linking talent and providing growth opportunities for businesses and employees — reimagining how organizations attract, develop, and retain talent in the modern world.
We’re now looking for an Operations & HR Coordinator who will work closely with the founders to build the foundation of Mind-Links from the ground up.

💼 What You’ll Do
You’ll play a dynamic, hands-on role that combines HR coordination, research, content creation, and operations support, you will be one of the first "LINKS" in Mind-links team, we are looking to cover the following areas:

🧠 HR & People Operations
•    Support in designing recruitment, onboarding, and employee engagement processes.
•    Maintain databases, trackers, and documentation for HR workflows.
•    Assist in drafting HR policies, job descriptions, and offer templates.
•    Coordinate hiring tasks — posting jobs, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
🔍 Research & Strategy
•    Research emerging HR trends, tools, and best practices.
•    Benchmark companies and compile insights for business development and client decks.
•    Support the Founder with reports and analysis.
✍️ Content & Communication
•    Write content for blogs, newsletters, and LinkedIn about HR, leadership, and the future of work.
•    Assist in creating presentations, proposals, and pitch decks.
•    Help manage Mind-Links’ social media presence and employer brand.
⚙️ Operations & Coordination
•    Manage accounts, on ground operations and support functions
•    Coordinate with freelancers, vendors, and partners as needed.
