The OCC (Operations Control Center) & Planning Agent is responsible for monitoring and coordinating daily operational activities, ensuring smooth execution of flight/ground operations, and supporting planning functions to maintain efficiency, safety, and compliance with operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Operations Control (OCC):

• Monitor day-to-day operations and ensure timely execution of schedules
• Coordinate with internal departments (ground handling, maintenance, crew, etc.)
• Handle operational disruptions, delays, and irregularities efficiently
• Maintain real-time operational updates and communication logs
• Ensure compliance with company policies, aviation regulations, and safety standards

Planning & Scheduling:

• Assist in planning flight schedules, manpower allocation, and resource utilization
• Prepare operational reports and performance analysis
• Support contingency planning for operational disruptions
• Coordinate slot allocation, turnaround time, and resource availability

Coordination & Communication:

• Act as a central point of contact between departments and stakeholders
• Liaise with airport authorities, airlines, and service providers
• Ensure clear and timely communication of operational updates

Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track KPIs such as on-time performance and operational efficiency
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports
• Identify operational gaps and suggest improvements
