1.    Participate in installing MW (Microwave) Links and execute work orders issued by Planning & Engineering Unit.
2.    Solve network transport problems effectively by applying the required corrective maintenance and providing the required reports for general problems.
3.    Implement MW network transport preventive maintenance plan by conducting site visit, applying back up timely and effectively and preparing the related reports.
4.    Follow up provider’s intervention in network transport node installation and commissioning.
5.    Keep records about the corrective and preventive actions applied to solve customers’ complaints.
6.    Inspect Transport network materials in warehouse as requested.
7.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
8.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and teamwork.
9.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
