1.    Search for a proper locations regarding new premises or sites as per received requests.       
2.    Negotiate with landlords for new technical sites installation, sites contracts renewal, sites relocation, purchasing, renting or investing locations for new Syriatel premises.  
3.    Coordinate and follow up with concerned in governmental entities to get security approvals and the needed approvals for technical sites installation.
4.    Coordinate with landlords to get the needed documents for contracts preparation.
5.    Coordinate with governmental entities and contractors to provide the technical sites and Syriatel Premises with power supplies and electricity counters.
6.    Follow up the technical sites installation and provide full support to Technical Department in facilitating the installation activities.
7.    Modify any site's contract according to Syriatel benefit and Top Management directions.
8.    Handle complaints, incidents and maintenance requests related to Syriatel premises and technical sites during and after installation.
9.    Maintain professional relationship with concerned in public and private sectors.
10.    Prepare related expenses reports and invoices on a timely and accurate manner.
11.    Coordinate with Finance Department to ensure that contractors are receiving their checks and dues on time.
12.    Check Section & Individual objectives on regular basis and effectively participate in achieving them to ensure successful contribution to company's goals and corporate objectives.
13.    Participate in conducting the OJT for new team members and promote a culture of knowledge transfer, cooperation and team work.
14.    Contribute to the continuous improvement of Syriatel Quality Management System.
